  1. How will I know when I can collect my Unipass?

    We will send you an email to let you know when your Unipass is ready to be collected.

  2. How do I collect my Unipass?

    When your Collection email arrives, you should go to the My Toolbox log in page on the Unipass website (there’s a link in the email for you to click on to take you there). You should then log in using your email address and the memorable date you supplied to us in your application.

    (Don’t worry if you can’t remember the date; you can click a button to request a prompt and we’ll send you the hint you gave us.)

    Once you’ve logged into My Toolbox you’ll see the link to collect your Unipass on the left hand side. Just click on it and follow the instructions on the screen.

  3. How do I install my Unipass on my PC?

    The installation is automatic on collection of the Unipass - you don't need to do anything else!

  4. How do I know that my Unipass has been installed properly?

    You will receive a message on-screen to confirm that your Unipass has been installed correctly. Also, after a few seconds you will be forwarded to the Test My Unipass page, which you can also visit at any time via the My Toolbox area of this website.
