How do I collect my Unipass?
When your Collection email arrives, you should go to the My Toolbox log in page on the
Unipass website (there’s a link in the email for you to click on to take you there). You should then log in using your
email address and the memorable date you supplied to us in your application.
(Don’t worry if you can’t remember the date; you can click a button to request a prompt and we’ll send you the hint you
gave us.)
Once you’ve logged into My Toolbox you’ll see the link to collect your Unipass on the left hand side. Just click
on it and follow the instructions on the screen.
