  1. How do I make changes to my Unipass?

    First log into My Toolbox on the Unipass website, either using your Unipass, or you may log in using your email address and memorable date. Once there, click on the change my details link on the left hand side of the page. This will take you to a page where you will be able to make changes to your personal details.

  2. What should I do if my personal details have changed?

    You should notify the Unipass Helpdesk in the first instance. You may be asked to send in documentation to confirm the new details, depending on the type of change. We will then take the necessary steps to issue you with your new Unipass.

  3. What should I do if I change jobs?

    You should notify the Unipass Helpdesk on 0871 22 12345. If you have a new role within the same company we may have to issue you with a new Unipass if your new role requires one. If you have changed employer, you will need to reapply in the name of your new employer.

  4. How can I revoke / cancel my Unipass?

    First log into My Toolbox on the Unipass website, either using your Unipass, or you may log in using your email address and memorable date. Once there, click on the revoke my unipass link1 on the left hand side of the page and follow the instructions there.

    1This link will only be visible if you have a Unipass.
  5. When should I revoke my Unipass?

    You should revoke your Unipass in the following circumstances:

    • If your computer has been lost or stolen
    • If you no longer require your Unipass
    • If you believe that the security of your Unipass has been compromised
    • If you change role at work or leave your current employer
